Credit Union,
your member owned financial cooperative, is committed
to providing you products and services to meet your
needs and reach your goals. We are also committed
to protecting your financial privacy. We are
required by law to give you this privacy notice
to explain how we collect, use and protect your
personal financial information. Please contact
the Credit Union office at 205-344-5100 if you have

We collect nonpublic
personal information regarding you from the following
sources:
» Information we receive from you on applications
and other forms
» Information about your transactions with
us and others
» Information we receive from a consumer reporting
agency
We also restrict access
to your personal and account information to our
employees who need to know in order to provide you
with the service and products requested. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that are in compliance with federal regulations
to protect your nonpublic personal information.
We may disclose all
of the information we collect, as described above
to companies that perform marketing services on
our behalf or to other financial institutions with
whom we have joint marketing agreements.
We may also disclose
nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated
third parties as permitted by law.
If membership is terminated
or your account becomes inactive, we will not share
information we collected, except as permitted or
required by law.
Hints for Protecting
Your Privacy
Keep your credit card,
debit card, and account number protected.
Never write your PIN on your cards. Keep your
PIN separate in the event of the cards being lost
or stolen.
Always be aware to whom
you are disclosing your account numbers, social
security numbers, or credit card numbers.
Make sure we have your
most current information. If your address
or phone number changes, please let us know.
If we detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
on an account we need to be able to contact you.
